You will be asked to authorize monthly billing when you approve your app design. Once your monthly billing is activated we will submit your app to the Apple and Android approval process.

Can I get a refund on App setup and design?
100% refunds are provided to customers who request a refund before their App is published to an App store. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds after an App has been submitted to an App store.

How do I cancel my account?
Send us an email at apps@honeycombcreative.net and you will not be billed at the start of your next billing cycle. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for mid-month cancellations.
Once your account is cancelled your app will be removed from the App stores.

How do push notifications work?
Looking to notify your customers of a sale or event? Honeycomb Apps allows you to send “push notifications” right to your customers iPhones or Android device. Log into your account, enter the information you want to send, and click send! Couldn’t be easier.

How does the check in coupon system work?
When a customer checks in at a business’s location, they will receive a reward coupon for the 10th, 25th, 50th, 100th, 500th, and even 1000th check in. This coupon system is completely customizable by the business and can be edited in real time via our clients’ user panel.
These coupons will appear as images on the application and when used, they will be deleted with a push of a button on the user’s phone by the employer to ensure a coupon is not used multiple times. This also removes the need for additional equipment to verify the coupon such as barcode scanners or unique coupon codes, allowing a very low start up cost for businesses. This system is extremely simple, cost efficient, and very effective for small businesses to build up brand-loyalty with their customers.
